Frazer Crossing Fire - Hwy 20 east of Twisp

Fed by gusting winds and 100-degree temperatures, a grass fire on Highway 20 east of Twisp raced through pastureland Sunday (July 21) and briefly threatened homes near Frazer Crossing Road

This is an update for the fire burning in the area of State Route 20, East of Upper Beaver Creek, Frazer Crossing Road, Twisp, WA. The Frazer fire is estimated to be 175 acres and has a dozer line around it. Fire crews are cleaning up some of the lines around the fire and will be on the fire throughout the night. Level 1 will stay in place and hopefully can be lifted tomorrow. Date 07-21-2024. Current Time 06:59 PM.

Ronda Bradeen it's on the lower flanks that lead up to Pole Pick Mt. Just got off the phone with him. The helicopters are making drops that I see on fire that must be just out of my sight.
