Melania threatens Hunter B with $1B lawsuit

This seems like a high-risk thing to do.

H.B.'s legal counsel would get to depose Melania and be able to ask her some very uncomfortable questions. That would all inevitably become public and I doubt either her or her husband would like having her answers become public.

Michael Wolff is a journalist and long-time Trump biographer who’s published 4 books on the Trump family. For his first book on the subject - “Fire & Fury” (2018) - Wolff conducted 30+ interviews with Jeffrey Epstein, collecting more than 100 hours of audio records.
In 2017, Epstein began telling people that he’s the one who introduced Trump to Melania in 1998. Biographer Michael Wolff has also repeated in recent interviews that Epstein introduced the two (at least according to Epstein).
Last month, Hunter Biden went on the “Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan” YouTube podcast and said that *Michael Wolff* said that *Epstein* said that HE introduced Trump to Melania.
On August 6, Melania’s attorney sent a Cease & Desist letter to << checks notes >> HUNTER BIDEN demanding an apology and retraction “by 5 pm Aug 7” or face a billion-dollar defamation lawsuit.
Hunter hasn’t obliged, so…I guess it’s MORE LITIGATION FROM THE TRUMP FAMILY!
PS: I know the “official story” is that Melania first met Trump at a Fashion Week party at the Kit Kat Club in New York, allegedly introduced by creepy modeling agent Paolo Zampolli (barely a lateral move from Epstein).

I take everything that comes out of anyone in the Trump family’s mouth with a grain of salt.
This might be a good time to remind everyone what sportswriter Rick Reilly wrote about the Trumps in his golf book “Commander in Cheat: How Golf Explains the Trump Presidency”:

Melania says, “Slovenia.”
Trump stops mid-conversation, turns to Melania and says, “Say you’re from Austria.” She says, “Why?”
