If the "PEACEFUL" Protestors outnumber and are fighting with ,throwing bricks, fireworks with police there is a threat to injury death of officers. Or if want to use less than lethal force bring in the water cannons that have a non washable florescent green or purple dye added to the water or even that pretty red fire retardant

Law enforcement agencies generally have policies that allow deadly force only when an officer reasonably believes there is an imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm to themselves or others. Which isn't happening when a building is being damaged.

The LA "riots" have always been within a 3 block radius. In a County of 10 million. The police were not overwhelmed at any time. The people were peaceful with very few exceptions and locals have commented how quiet the rest of the city is. The crowd was out in the first place to try and stop the illegal ICE raids. But then you must think that dangerous criminals are daylighting as car wash attendants, that the cartel killers work in the cabinet division of Home Depot, that violent mobs teach in elementary schools. Isn't it odd that there have been no one caught up in these sweeps who is in fact a gang member or a killer?
Yesterday Trump spoke before 'the troops' which is people had screened to be sure they were supporters before Trump began his speech. The troops were allowed to 'shop' MAGA merchandise before the speech. This is a just hint at how well the MAGA machine has been framing its lies to the public.
