During the civil rights era there were ‘kneel in’s’ where black folks would unlawfully attend services at whites only churches.

Nonviolent direct action isn’t necessarily lawful or peaceful.

The first time DoJ tried to charge Lemon a judge is a highly unusual move tossed the case outright. Now, the DoJ arrested Lemon last night for the act of being a reporter, which is a Constitutionally protected right.
