I'm guessing SD will be called to testify by the defense if the prosecution doesn't call her.

The defensive will most likely question the credibility of the witnesses based upon previous contradictory statements and in Cohen's case, lies.

It’s all kind of moot whether or not SD is truthful or not, as far as I can see.
The case against Fatso is going to revolve around whether or not 1) the payments violated campaign laws, 2) were a falsified business record, and 3) avoided tax because they were mischaracterized as a business expense. That’s how I read the charges. I would guess SD wouldn’t even be part of the testimony?

I posted the 2nd article to describe the scenario where if you read the history you'll remember that Trump/Cohen had a man threaten's Stormy's daughter. Avanatti filed a lawsuit, without her permission, a Calif judge ruled that it did not rise to the level of a distinct threat, she lost in court and owed Trump attorney's fees.

After seeing the threats that Trump has made against adversaries and as of yesterday the veiled threat made against the judge's daughter, one can only think that the irony here is that for many years Trump has used mob boss tactical threats (see Cohen's testimony how he was a 'fixer') but has never been charged. Hence, his threats got harsher and harsher (remember him threatening Zelensky?) to the point where 'ironically' on the day where he is arrested, while he sits in court and is told by a judge not to incite violence, he wins lawyers' fees from a woman whose daughter he had threatened because a judge didn't think the threat was a direct danger. And here we are.

Yes, it is ironic.

Lets see. SD is a known liar, who extorted Trump for money to keep quiet. Her ex attorney is in jail for a different extortions scheme and even said no evidence the alleged threat was tied to Trump according to PBS article linked below.

Over the past few weeks I have been asked countless times to comment on reports of an alleged sexual relationship I had with Donald Trump many, many, many years ago.

The fact of the matter is that each party to this alleged affair denied its existence in 2006, 20011, 2016, 2017 and now again in 2018. I am not denying this affair because I was paid “hush money” as has been reported in overseas owned tabloids. I am denying this affair because it never happened.

The other irony is that the more the Dems hate on Trump, the stonger he becomes. He raised over 4 million in one day after his indictment was announced.

That Michael Avanatti sure made a mess of things. The way that Stormy's merch website is exploding she's probably racked that much in already, but her response of 'I'll go to jail before I'll pay a penny' means it ain't over yet. Threatening a person's daughter, just like threatening a judge's daughter (see Don Jr today) kinda gets people riled up
