The timeline is a crunch, Jan 4 is as long as they'll hold off, but SCOTUS has to pick up the appeal quickly because the CO SoS has a Jan 5 deadline for the ballots.
Hopefully with all the publicity that Justice Thomas has brought to SCOTUS's poor ethics record the Conservative justices will clean up their act and not just take this appeal but follow the Constitution.
Enjoying thinking about how this could play out if Trump is indeed left out of the primary in CO and maybe nation wide. No doubt the MAGA crowd would vote for him as a write in which will split the Rep vote...
