Won't fly. Native Americans will still have citizenship. All on the right side of history will see to it.

The fun thing about this birthright citizenship drama is that they are trying to apply it retroactively, sort of.

The problem with that is that means if any of your ancestors snuck into America you wouldn't have US Citizenship. Given the melting blender this country has been over the past centuries that probably means nobody is a US Citizen, or at least only a tiny number.

I'd love to find out who in Donald Trump's family tree immigrated here illegally and then go to court and argue that he is disqualified for office because he is not a US Citizen. Arguably Barron Trump is not a US Citizen under his fantasy interpretation of the constitution. Neither is Elon Musk's litter.

The real news is that a Federal judge in Seattle just put a nationwide injunction in place on Trump's birthright citizenship order. I see a lot of such injunctions in our future. And a lot of time spent by the federal courts cleaning up the mess Trump and his flying monkeys are making.
