Trump is someone who has been in the public eye in one form or another for more than forty years. So there is lots of history about his utterances and behavior.

There has always been something just plain wrong about the guy. Paradoxically a lot of the reason he got so much media attention was because he was so weird.

Beyond that I won't make any diagnoses of what is wrong with him.
